Alan Andreini, Chief Executive Officer, Armored Wolf, LLC

Mr. Andreini is responsible for day-to-day management of Armored Wolf, LLC. He is a 35 year industry veteran with over 20 years in the hedge fund space. Prior to joining Armored Wolf he was a General Partner at Money Management Group, LP where he transitioned a small friends and family hedge fund into a global institutional asset management firm with over $1 billion under management. Before that he was CEO of Interworld which he took public in 1999 while achieving a market capitalization of $2.9 billion in 2 years. For most of his career he was with Comdisco where he raised over $20 billion in financing while rising to the position of Executive Vice President and becoming a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Andreini started his career at Salomon brothers where he worked in M & A and new business development specializing on technology issuers such as ATT, MCI and Comdisco and was part of 15 person team responsible for opening Salomon Brothers' London office.

Mr. Andreini holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Rutgers University Law School.

  

Kurt S. Hovan, Sr., President and Chief Investment Officer, Hovan Capital Management, LLC

Kurt is a co-founder of Hovan Capital Managment, LLC, a San Francisco Bay Area based investment adviser focused on alternative investments. Mr. Hovan currently manages the HCM Tahoma Market Neutral Fund, LP a multi-manager equity long/short hedge fund. Kurt has previous portfolio management experience with the HCM Market Neutral Healthcare Fund; the HCM Healthcare Venture Fund; and with separately managed accounts while at at Bear Stearns and Prudential Securities. Kurt is a former BARRA, Inc and William M. Mercer quantitative and actuarial investment management consultant. Mr. Hovan received his A.B. Economics degree from Princeton University in 1989.

Ms. Rockey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hadelrock Capital Management LLC (“HCM LLC”), a Chicago-area alternative investment management firm focusing on event-driven, special situation and relative value absolute return strategies. Ms. Rockey generates alpha for the hedge fund Hadelrock Fund LP and separately managed trading accounts using fundamental analysis to determine short term equity and option arbitrage opportunities caused by corporate event, economic environment or market mispricing. Ms. Rockey’s trading ideologies have proven to be successful in providing clients absolute non-market correlated returns throughout the economic cycle.

  

Andrew Saunders, Managing Director, Hedge Connection

Andrew Saunders is a Managing Director of Hedge Connection and manages the company’s New York office. His responsibilities include business development, client relations, investor liaison, media relations and strategic partnerships. Hedge Connection is an internet-based platform that offers hedge funds direct access to a membership of "opt-in" qualified active hedge fund allocators. Investor members join for free and gain access to detailed information on hedge fund members. Saunders is a graduate of Haverford College in 1993 with a B.A. in economics. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA) and is a member of the International Association of Financial Engineers (IAFE).
