Brian Igoe   |  Ray Iwanowski

Brian Igoe, CIO, Rainin Group

Brian Igoe is the CIO of the Rainin Group, Inc. a family office responsible for the investments of the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. Previously, Mr. Igoe was a Managing Director of Pequot Capital Management and served as the Chief Investment Officer for the firmís Emerging Managers Fund. Before this role, Mr. Igoe was a Managing Director at Cambridge Associates, Inc. where he served as the Director of the Marketable Securities Manager Research Group. Early in his career, Mr. Igoe held several other positions in the investment management industry.

Mr. Igoe graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and received his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth

Ray Iwanowski, Founder & CIO, Secor Asset Management

Ray Iwanowski is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of SECOR Asset Management, LP and Chief Investment Officer of the SECOR Alpha Fund. Prior to founding SECOR, Mr. Iwanowski was co-Chief Investment Officer of the Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM). While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Iwanowski was named Managing Director in 1999 and Partner in 2004. Before GSAM, Mr. Iwanowski worked at Salomon Brothers as head of the Fixed Income Derivatives Client Research Group and member of the Bond Portfolio Analysis Research Group. At Salomon, Mr. Iwanowski authored a number of publications on fixed income asset allocation and fixed-income derivatives. He also worked in First Bostonís Fixed-Income Portfolio Strategies Group, specializing in asset-liability issues for banks and thrifts, as well as valuation of mortgage-backed securities and their derivatives. Ray has published articles in The Journal of Portfolio Management and The Journal of Fixed Income. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Good Shepherd Services, a New York based social services agency, and Trevor Day School, a private school in New York City. In addition, Mr. Iwanowski is a member of the advisory board of the Jacobs Levy Equity Management Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Iwanowski earned a BS and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and reached candidacy in the Ph.D. program in finance at the University of Chicago.
