David Geffen, President, Geffen Advisors

David Geffen is President of Geffen Advisors, a San Francisco based consultancy that offers hedge funds strategic advice and solutions in areas including treasury and counterparty risk management. The firm also provides launch advisory services and training on hedge fund topics.

Prior to launching Geffen Advisors, David was most recently a Managing Director at BlackRock and Barclays Global Investors (BGI). At BGI, David established and led a global team whose mandate was to provide a centralized and comprehensive approach to managing the firmís global prime brokerage, futures clearing and financing relationships.

Before joining BGI, David was Managing Director-Finance and Chief Credit Officer at Amaranth Group in CT. Prior to that, David worked at Goldman Sachs in Credit Risk Management in NYC, where he managed the firmís credit exposures globally to more than 1,000 hedge funds spanning the prime brokerage and OTC trading businesses. David began his career at Citibank. There he served as a relationship manager covering hedge funds and marketed the firmís broad array of products and services and acted as the credit officer responsible for client credit decisions.

David has a BA degree in Business Economics from Brown University and a MBA degree from Columbia University.

Chris Greer, Principal, Greer Anderson

Prior to joining Greer Anderson, Mr. Greer was Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Introductions for Citigroup Prime Finance, overseeing a global team that assisted the bankís clients with capital for their hedge funds. Mr. Greer is a veteran investor relations and marketing professional working with individuals, families and institutions. He began his career in 1994 at Weiss, Peck & Greer and subsequently held senior investor relationship and marketing positions at Stark Investments, Promethean Investment Management and Forest Investments before joining Citigroup.

Mr. Greer holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Ė Amherst, where he also served on the Deanís Advisory Board for the School of Social and Behavioral Science.

Mark Guinney, Managing Partner, The Presidio Group

Mark Guinney, Managing Director and Head of the Investment Team at The Presidio Group, leads a team of analysts responsible for asset-liability modeling, money manager due diligence and selection, risk management and portfolio management. He joined us in 2001 after working as an investment consultant with Watson Wyatt, where he worked with large pension plans in developing asset allocation, asset-liability modeling, evaluating manager structure, and selecting and monitoring investment managers. Clients included Microsoft, City & County of San Francisco, City of Houston, Kellogg, Los Angeles Unified School District, Nordstrom, Alaska Airlines, and Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula.

Mr. Guinney has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute and the San Francisco Analysts Society. Mr. Guinney also earned his M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and his B.A. degree in economics from Pomona College.

Ray Gustin, Managing Director, Drake Capital Advisors

Ray Gustin, Managing Director and portfolio manager at Drake Capital, has over 20 years of senior investment management experience managing hedge fund and private equity portfolios and investments. Prior to joining Drake Capital in 2003, Mr. Gustin was Managing Director and General Partner at Cornerstone Equity Investors, a private equity firm, where he invested in growth companies in the technology, communications, and information services sectors. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2000, he was a Managing Director in the mergers and acquisitions practice of Toronto Dominion Securities Inc., where he advised clients and invested the bankís proprietary capital in a range of private equity and debt investments. Mr. Gustin joined Toronto-Dominion Bank (now TD Bank) in 1989 in the restructuring advisory practice, where he completed restructurings in the retail/consumer, media/communications, and cyclicals industries. Mr. Gustin has served on the boards of numerous non-profit and for-profit entities, including current roles as Trustee of the Greenwich Roundtable and as President and Chair of the Indian Harbor Yacht Club Foundation. He is currently Chair of the Greenwich Roundtableís Programming Committee, and has been a member of the organizationís Education Committee since 2007.

Mr. Gustin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.S. with honors from Pennsylvania State University.
