James Moore

Mr. Moore is the founder and sole owner of TIF Fund Management LLC ("TIFFM") since inception in 1978. He is the Managing Member of TIFFM and the Supervising Director of Triumph Investment Master Fund Ltd. ("Triumph"), a multi-manager, multi-strategy alternative investment fund that joint-ventures with floor-traders and "niche" trading boutiques.
Mr. Moore has developed numerous investment products and derivatives vehicles along with several successful derivatives funds including Cotton Trading Partners which was the genesis of the Triumph Fund -- a leading performing fund -- which he continues to manage today. He has also established numerous funds that have been ranked among the best performing funds in the United States, among which were the first successful "guaranteed" futures funds.
Mr. Moore was the consultant to the Chairman of Merrill Lynch & Co.'s derivatives department and developed several unique products for Merrill and other firms. He has also held positions as one of the industry's leading brokers, director of sales and marketing and director of corporate planning for a number of Wall Street firms. He maintains strong business relationships in the US, Europe and the Middle East.
A Viet Nam veteran and 1st Lt. in the US Special Forces, Mr. Moore is also a retired member of the Ho-Ho-Kus Volunteer Fire Department and holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate. His wife, Barbara, shares his business interest as a financial consultant with Wachovia Securities and manages a portion of the Triumph Fund. He has three grown sons and two granddaughters. |

Jan Greer

Wooster Asset Management, LLC

Chief Operating Officer of Wooster Asset Management since it was founded in 2004, Jan Greer has worked with Erik Postnieks as COO for the past seven years. Mr. Greer has 39 years' experience in equities, fixed income, private wealth management and hedge funds.
Jan was COO at Parametric Capital Management from 2000-2004, and prior to that he held senior hedge fund and fund-of-funds management roles over a 13-year period with the Frank Russell Company, the William E. Simon family office, Lehman Brothers, Princeton University, and Gasner, Greer Management.
Jan Greer holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Greer was on active duty with the United States Marine Corps from 1962-1966, served in the Republic of Viet Nam, and achieved the final rank of Captain. |

Donna Marie Howe

UBS Hedge Fund Risk Management

Donna joined UBS just a year ago as the Head of Hedge Fund Risk Management for Fixed Income. Her prior role was at Angelo, Gordon & Co. (a $12 billion AUM multi-strategy hedge fund) as their Chief Risk Officer (CRO). She joined them in 2002, and initiated more formal risk practices in credit, market, and operational risks. Previously she was at ABN-Amro’s Clearing and Execution Services division as their CRO, monitoring hedge fund (and other) clients. So she has seen both sides of the coin. Her experience also includes roles as Head of Market Risk, North America for ABN-Amro, Deputy Head of Market Risk North America for Deutsche Bank, and Head of Market Risk NY for Banque Indosuez. She did strategic analysis and proprietary trading at Chase Manhattan Bank for almost 7 years and was a buy-side portfolio manager with One Federal Asset Management in Boston.
She is the author of A Guide to Managing Interest Rate Risk, published back in 1990. She has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. |
