Emily Agnew

Emily Agnew is a member of the Business Risk Management team at Cambridge Associates, specializing in operational due diligence for hedge funds of all strategies. Prior to joining C/A in 2008, Ms. Agnew served as a credit officer focused on hedge funds at UBS Americas. Previous to UBS, Ms. Agnew specialized in hedge fund credit risk at Fidelity Capital Markets. Ms. Agnew received her MBA from Drexel University in 2000. She is a CFA Charterholder.

Stuart Feldman

Head of Capital Introduction

Stuart Feldman recently joined Fidelity Investments to lead their Capital Introduction efforts. Prior to that he was Head of East Coast Capital Introductions for Jefferies & Company.

Mr. Feldman co-founded two healthcare hedge funds where he was Chief Operating Officer. His duties included Trading, Risk Management and Marketing. Over the past ten years, Mr. Feldman has successfully raised over assets from HNW individuals, Family Offices, Fund of Funds, Pensions and Endowments.

His career started on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange with a specialist firm and later moved upstairs to trade proprietarily at U.S. Clearing. Mr. Feldman holds a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University where he majored in Economics. He completed a Certificate in Risk Management at NYU and holds his Series 7, 63 & 55.

Bruce Frumerman is President of Frumerman & Nemeth Inc., a communications and sales marketing consultancy that helps financial services firms create brand identities for their organizations and develop and implement effective marketing strategies and programs. His firm’s work has helped money management clients attract over $7 billion in new assets, yet they are not third-party marketers. Mr. Frumerman has thirty years' experience in helping money management firm clients to educate and persuade people to understand and buy into how they invest. His clients include hedge funds, institutional money management firms, funds of funds, mutual funds, SMA money managers, private equity investment firms and financial planning firms serving the high net worth market. Mr. Frumerman is a frequent speaker at various events and also has been published addressing the subject for HedgeWorld, Canadian Hedgewatch, Emerging Manager Focus, Investor Relations Newsletter and Hedge Connection. Additionally, he wrote the chapter on marketing for the Thomson Reuters IFR Market Intelligence special report, "Which Way Next For Hedge Funds? A Guide For Managers, Banks and Investors".

Joel Gantcher

Joel Gantcher, Director of Research, manages the research process and team at Cadogan. Mr. Gantcher’s duties include working with the Research Team in sourcing new managers, conducting interviews and constructing portfolios. Prior to joining Cadogan, Mr. Gantcher was a Strategy Head with Safra Asset Management (formerly Alpha Investment Management), where he was responsible for long/short equity, global macro and CTA investments. Prior to this, Mr. Gantcher was a Senior Director of Business Development for ParentWatch, where he led the team responsible for investigating and modeling new business opportunities. He has also held positions at Viacom Consumer Products, The Walt Disney Company, Morales, Ruas & Asociados, S.A. and PaineWebber Inc. Mr. Gantcher received a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School. In addition, he holds an MA in International Studies with a concentration in Latin America from The University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Glickman

Director of Marketing and Relationship Management

Scott Glickman is responsible for Marketing and Relationship Management for clients in North America. Previously, Mr. Glickman was a Managing Director with Advent Capital Management, responsible for marketing Convertible Bond and credit hedge fund products to institutional investors and consultants. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Ivy Asset Management in a number of global marketing and relationship management roles including Co-Heading the North American Client Development team and helping to develop the European and Asian institutional businesses. Previous to Ivy, Mr. Glickman was a discretionary equity and fixed income Portfolio Manager for J.P. Morgan for five years. He started his career at Neuberger & Berman selling and servicing high net-worth mutual fund clients. Mr. Glickman holds a BSBA in Finance from Boston University and is a CFA and CAIA charter holder. Mr. Glickman joined FRM in 2010 and is based in New York.

Lorrie Landis

Managing Director for Credit Investments

Lorrie Landis joined the Investment Management Office as a Managing Director for Credit Investments in 2009. From 2005 to 2008 she was Founder and Managing General Partner of a credit hedge fund focused on long and short opportunities in U.S. leveraged finance and distressed. For eight years prior to this she was a partner at Mariner Investment Group and Caspian Capital Partners where she focused on two fund strategies: capital structure arbitrage and distressed. Prior to this she spent nine years at Drexel Burnham Lambert entities: first as an Associate and Vice President in New York Corporate Finance; next as a Vice President in Drexel as a Chapter 11 debtor and later, as a Vice President at New Street Capital, the Drexel post-Chapter 11 successor corporation where she assisted in managing a portfolio of workout situations and represented Drexel on creditor committees. Ms. Landis received an AB from Smith College, an MA from Harvard University and an MBA from New York University.

Nan Mead

Nan Eileen Mead is Vice President, Client Development at IAM Research LLC, the New York affiliate of London-based International Asset Management Ltd. IAM is an independent Fund of Hedge Funds investment management firm founded in 1989 specializing in tailor-made solutions. In her role at IAM, Ms. Mead is responsible for the marketing, consultant relations, and client relationship management efforts for the US, Canada, Bermuda and the Caribbean. Prior to joining IAM in June 2010, Ms. Mead was Vice President, Client Development at Ivy Asset Management, where she was involved in all aspects of the institutional sales process, including consultant relations, and served as a liaison between Ivy and the various sales channels of Ivy's parent company, The Bank of New York Mellon. In addition, Ms. Mead worked closely with a number of institutional clients, including endowments and foundations, public plans and insurance companies allocated to Fund of Hedge Funds via customized portfolio solutions as well as proprietary Fund of Hedge Funds products. Prior to joining Ivy in 2000, Ms. Mead was an Investor Relations Associate within the Private Equity group at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse Asset Management). Prior to DLJ, Nan was a Client Service Officer at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she held a variety of institutional marketing and client servicing roles in for Large Cap Equity, Fixed Income and Balanced accounts. Ms. Mead graduated from New York University with B.A. in Politics.

Rachel Minard

Partner and Executive Managing Director

Ms. Rachel S.L. Minard was most recently Partner, Executive Managing Director with Optima Fund Management, opening and running the firm's San Francisco office. Her responsibilities included building and managing the global institutional business and raising assets for the firm across all channels globally. Ms. Minard was also a member of the Investment Policy Committee and Chairman's Committee.

Ms. Minard has 20 years of institutional investment experience including the past 10 years building fund of hedge fund firms, notably her roles as Partner and Director of Global Marketing for Corbin Capital Partners (a firm she renamed) and Director of Marketing at Cadogan Management. Before Cadogan, Rachel was Vice President and Consultant Advisor for J.P. Morgan Investment Management and served as Director of Business Development for Dakin Partners, opening and managing their New York office. Earlier, Ms. Minard served as Assistant to the Director of Marketing and Client Service for Pareto Partners. Named "Non-Profit Marketer of the Year" (FEMM), Honored Member, Cambridge's Who's Who Among Executives (2005-2010) and a featured speaker on CNBC and global industry conferences, Ms. Minard started her marketing career in 1991 after her marketing company was hired to build the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.

Ms. Minard holds a B.A. degree in Journalism with honors from Northeastern University with notable distinction as a Wesley W. Marple Distinguished Lecturer (2009) and Profiles in Leadership: Business Luminaries (2006-2011) by the university. A graduate of the AIMSE/Wharton Institute, Ms. Minard serves on the PAICR Advisory Board, The World Pension Forum and the Investment Management Institute (IMI). Ms. Minard also serves on the Executive Board and is a Founding Member of the Association of Women in Alternative Investing (AWAI) and sits on the Investment Sub-Committee of the Westover School Endowment. Ms. Minard is finishing her first book, Speaking in Thumbs: The Handbook of Empathy through XENIA MEDIA Publishing.

Spencer Potts

R. Spencer Potts is a Managing Director and Head of Business Development, based out of the New York office of Silver Creek Capital Management LLC. His responsibilities include business development and investor relations, as well as manager due diligence for Silver Creek’s fund-of-funds offerings. Prior to joining Silver Creek, Mr. Potts was a director within Merrill Lynch’s Hedge Fund Origination Group; this group focused on institutional hedge-fund transactions. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Potts was a portfolio manager with Pinnacle Asset Management, a New York-based fund-of-hedge-funds group. Mr. Potts holds a B.A. in history from the University of New Hampshire.

Andrew Saunders

Andrew Saunders is the head of Capital Introduction at Direct Access Partners. Direct Access Partners offers prime brokerage services, access to multiple clearing relationships, comprehensive trading solutions and capital introduction to single and multi-primed funds.

Prior to Direct Access Partners, Mr. Saunders held a similar role at EFX Prime Services, the prime brokerage business of First New York Securities. Prior EFX Prime Services, Mr. Saunders was a managing director at Hedge Connection. His leadership responsibilities included business development, client relations, investor liaison, media relations and strategic partnerships. His first position on Wall Street was with Taylor Rafferty, a boutique cross-border investor relations firm. During his 7-year tenure, Mr. Saunders assisted senior management implement all aspects of their investor relations programs including corporate strategy development, IPO/Secondary roadshows, media relations and led 12 ADR listings and IPOs on the NYSE and NASDAQ.

A graduate of Haverford College in 1993 with a B.A. in economics. Mr. Saunders holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation (CAIA) and is a member of the International Association of Financial Engineers (IAFE). Prior to entering the financial services industry, Mr. Saunders spent four years in Malaysia and Indonesia as a teacher and entrepreneur.
