Johann Wong, CFA, Vice-Chairman, CEO and Founder.

Mr. Wong heads the Investment Selection Committee of HedgeWorld Markets. Since 1989, Mr. Wong has been associated with and has held several senior management positions with Tremont Capital Management, and its affiliates. These include his past position as President and director of Tremont (Bermuda) Limited from 1994 to 1999. He continues to serve as a director of several private hedge funds and hedge fund of funds. Previously, he held senior positions with several private investment firms, including the ZERON Group, a private Japanese merchant and investment bank. Mr. Wong is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is a Canadian citizen and resident of the U.S.

Chris Edgar, Managing Director, HedgeWorld Markets.

Mr. Edgar is responsible for all aspects of HedgeWorld's sales program. Prior to joining HedgeWorld, Mr. Edgar worked for Merrill Lynch in the private client group. Mr. Edgar has been working in the investment business since 1992 in institutional sales, trading, portfolio management, compliance and investment banking. He is NASD registered series 24, 7, 65, 63 and is licensed to sell insurance.

Kristin Fox, Vice President of News & Research, Executive Editor.

Ms. Fox is responsible for all aspects of the daily news and any publications and other information products affiliated with HedgeWorld. Prior to joining HedgeWorld, Ms. Fox was an editor for Crain's Pensions & Investments, where her duties included editing and producing P&I Daily. Before her tenure at Crain's, Ms. Fox was President of Hedge Fund Research, Inc., Chicago, Ill.

Ms. Fox has been a journalist for nearly 20 years, and for several of those, she was an economics columnist for Associated Press. She has also written for Tax Avoidance Digest, the Financial Times, Architecture Magazine and several other publications. Affiliations include the Society of Professional Journalists and the Society of American Business Editors and Writers. She is also a board member and head of the Chicago Chapter of 100 Women in Hedge Funds. Ms. Fox holds a B.A. from North Park College in English Literature and Philosophy.

Eva M. Gardner, Controller, Director of Accounting.

Ms. Gardner is responsible for all accounting related activities. She joined HedgeWorld in January 2001 and has a B.B.A. from Pace University with a major in Management Information Systems.

Alexis Graham, Director of Institutional Sales.

Mr. Graham is responsible for all aspects of HedgeWorld information sales, including print and online advertising, database licenses and access, and the sale and distribution of hedge fund manager background reports. In addition, he is responsible for the relationship management process with HedgeWorld's registered accredited investors and appropriate hedge fund managers within HedgeWorld Markets. Mr. Graham has more than ten years of experience in the investment management field. Prior to joining HedgeWorld in 2000, he worked at Optima Fund Management, Gruss & Co. and Pergament Advisors in New York City. He received his BA from Hamilton College and his MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is NASD registered series 7 and 63.

Steven Moy, CTO.

Mr. Moy is the primary decision maker responsible for all aspects of HedgeWorld's technology. He oversees all internal and external systems and serves as the chief architect for HedgeWorld's development projects. Prior to joining HedgeWorld in January 2000, he worked for Thomson Financial from March 1993 to December 1999, where he was the lead Systems Engineer responsible for all production UNIX servers in their primary data center and went on to design and build the web-hosting infrastructure for their Operations and Technology Division. Mr. Moy received his B.A. in Computer Science and graduated cum laude from Boston University. He is a resident and citizen of the U.S.

Garen Tchopourian, Director of Technology.

Mr. Tchopourian is responsible for the execution of development projects and the technical supervision of HedgeWorld's MIS and development teams. Prior to joining HedgeWorld in September 1999, he was a Web Developer with American Banker/Thomson Financial where he was responsible for developing and maintaining their web site. Mr. Tchopourian received his M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University. He is a resident and citizen of the U.S.
