Law firm Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen PC named Greg Kramer a member of the firm. Kramer specializes in corporate finance, hedge funds, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law, according to a news release from the firm.

Northern Trust hired Nancy Grady as Head of Fund Administration and Fund Accounting-Americas, according to a news release from Northern Trust. Previously Grady was Global Head of Custody & Fund Accounting Advisory Services at WIPRO Technologies.
