Three former securities traders – Zvi Goffer, his brother Emanuel Goffer and Michael Kimelman – were convicted on Monday on all counts of fraud and conspiracy to commit insider trading on pending mergers. After Monday’s verdicts, every defendant who was arrested in October and November 2009 in the Galleon Group insider trading probe has been convicted or pleaded guilty. One person remains at large.
