		<description>One thing is certain. Transparency is good, especially in our time with a fatal combination of recent frauds and difficult economics which tempt more frauds to occur. I still don't understand how/why retail investors are allowed to plow whatever amounts of money into s.r.e.t platinum mine in saskatchuan that happens to make the cut for the bulletin board, lose everything, yet theye can't invest in hedge funds or real private companies. I, for one, am happy to see the cusps of that changing with the JOBS Act.</description>
