It's systemic. Any serious investigation would implicate government regulators as well as Wall St. Corruption has now reached critical levels. Where the system is now feeding on itself and no paper financial instrument is safe. May I site Naked Shorting, Failure to Deliver, High Frequency Trading, Fraud Closure, CDO's, SIV's and now the confiscation of private accounts from MF Global clients. Contracts are now being re-written and account balances re-calculated in the middle of the night with no transaction detail. Fairies and gnomes have supposedly "Madoff" (yuk yuk) with all the money. This fails the eight grade math test. If you have issues with my POV, I would suggest reading what the US's greatest white collar criminologists, William K. Black, has to say on the subject.
